Advanced laboratory facilities
We have a state-of-the-art apparatus park that includes, among others, LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, automated titrators, spectrophotometers, autoclaves, fume cupboards, evaporators, as well as diverse reaction systems and molecular distillation apparatus. This enables us to carry out research at the highest level, whether in organic synthesis, analytical chemistry, technology or chemical engineering.
From laboratory to production
Processes developed in the laboratory are scaled up using specialised apparatus and put into production in close collaboration between our scientists and our team of technologists. We have a wide range of reactors with diverse characteristics, which allows us to be flexible in our approach to development projects and technology transfer.
Our Chemical Synthesis Department produces, among others:
nicotine and its derivatives,
non-psychoactive cannabinoids,
compounds used in cosmetics and many other industries.
Our research activities include:
developing cost-optimised synthesis routes,
improvement and modification of existing production processes,
design and implementation of new products,
stability, quality and yield analyses,
studies on the composition of raw materials and finished products.
