GDPR – information regarding the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. I inform that:

6) you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, object to processing and the right to transfer data;

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation;

8) providing your personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude the contract;

9) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling
